Our chefs know at first-hand the culinary improvements for the new season
Our Dakota Tex Mex restaurants are close to open its doors and our chefs have already started to work on our menu in order to offer you the best version of our tex-mex cuisine. This season we reaffirm more than ever our commitment to offer fresh products and high quality food raw materials. All main aliments to elaborate our dishes, such as our burgers or authentic ribs, have been carefully treated and prepared by the expert hands of our chefs in our gastronomic workshop.
In this way we posture ourselves as a North American essence cuisine restaurant with a kitchen made 100% with natural products as well as raw materials of local and national origin. Our meat, from the beef ribs to the burgers or our juicy chicken, is carefully prepared in our gastronomic workshop from where it is distributed to the different Dakota restaurants keeping fresh all our products. Our culinary techniques make possible retain aliment’s properties and nutrients to enhance its flavour.
Our chefs have had the chance to experience this at first-hand in our culinary training workshop given this week by our Grupo Boulevard chefs, Joan Josep Genestar and Javier Hoebeeck, where they have received the guidelines for the properly elaboration and presentation of our dishes and, besides, they have known well its manipulation and treatment process.
